State Council decided to cancel the requirement for approval and verification of 47 vocational qualifications, according to a document issued on June 13.
The State Council will remove nine qualification licenses for professional occupations, including price assessor, property manager, and metrological verifier, and 38 licenses for skilled personnel, including integrated circuit test controller, purchaser, as well as flower arranger, according to the document.
The cancellation is aimed at creating convenient conditions for employment and entrepreneurship of college students and laid-off workers.
Market access should be relaxed for those vocational qualifications that do not pose any threat to national and people’s security.
The State Council urged promoting adjustment for educational structure and improving students’ practical capability.
