The State Council published a modified version of government work rules on July 2.

It will guide and regulate the work of the State Council and its departments, as the State Council reshuffle plan, which was adopted by the First Session of the 13th National People’s Congress, is completed.

The rules are made in compliance with the Constitution and the laws of the State Council.
