Premier Li Keqiang has met with his Nepali counterpart Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli in Beijing. Premier Li praised Nepal’s constitution-making process while Prime Minister Oli affirmed Nepal’s commitment to the One China Policy.

The two leaders agreed to align their development strategies. They also agreed to cooperate on energy, social welfare projects, begin a feasibility study on a free trade agreement, and to work on improving transport infrastructure.
