State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi urged efforts to better conduct the education campaign for the public security force and rectify existing problems in the team.

Zhao made the remarks at a national meeting on the mobilization and deployment of the second round of the special operation on Aug 18.

Zhao demanded the absolute loyalty, purity and reliability of the public security team, and stressed discipline and resolute elimination of any black sheep.

He also called for efforts to rectify deep-rooted problems and improve the system and mechanisms. The implementation of measures to prevent risk and maintain stability should be strengthened, to ensure national political security and social stability, he said.
